NEW YORK CITY-George Weiss Associates has signed a lease deal for 16 years with Mutual of America Life Insurance Co. The firm has leased 50,000 square feet in the Mutual of America Building, a 35-story tower, located at 320 Park Ave. between East 50th and East 51st streets.
The firm, which was subleasing in the building, has now directly leased from the landlord. Cassidy Turley represented the tenant and Jones Lang LaSalle represented the owner in the transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
