LAS VEGAS-John Guedry has been named managing director of theLas Vegas operations of CB Richard Ellis, succeeding former officeleader Patricia A. Nooney, who has moved to senior managingdirector of institutional services for CBRE’s Florida operations.In his new role, Guedry will oversee the delivery of brokerage,investment sales and other services to CBRE’s clients throughoutSouthern Nevada.

Guedry has over 25 years of experience in the financial servicesindustry, including most recently as executive vice president andmanager of City National Bank’s Nevada Region, where he was thebank’s senior executive for community and civic activities. Guedry,who has been a Las Vegas resident for over 35 years, will bring arecord of business development, strategic planning and execution,and community involvement, said Steve Swerdlow, president of thewestern division of CBRE.
