SACRAMENTO-A hearing for the planned sale of state-owned Class Aoffice buildings has been set on December 10 in San Francisco. Thehearing will decide whether a lawsuit can prevent the sale of 11office complexes.

The state was sued for not fixing the issue of trading officebuildings. The sale-leaseback will place the state-owned offices inLos Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, Santa Rosa and San Francisco intoindividual ownership.
