SACRAMENTO-A hearing for the planned sale of state-owned Class A office buildings has been set on December 10 in San Francisco. The hearing will decide whether a lawsuit can prevent the sale of 11 office complexes.
The state was sued for not fixing the issue of trading office buildings. The sale-leaseback will place the state-owned offices in Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, Santa Rosa and San Francisco into individual ownership. California First LLC is the purchaser of the portfolio of 11 office complexes. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal.
