TAMPA, FL-Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida has negotiated a new lease deal in St. Petersburg. Karins Engineering Group, Inc. has inked a lease for five years and eight months with Wittner Centre Partners, LLP for an office space measuring 2,160 square feet in the Wittner Centre at 5959 Central Ave.
