ORLANDO-Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors has negotiated a new lease deal in Orlando.

ORLANDO-Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors has negotiated a new lease deal in Orlando. Mohawk Industries Inc. has leased 46,002 square feet located at 7320 Kingspointe Parkway from Crownpointe Buildings LLC.

Principal Moses Salcido of Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors negotiated the deal on behalf of the landlord, while Kaycee Kapels of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
