NEW YORK CITY-Hotel owner Morris Moinian has put a residential building measuring 57,000 square feet in Chelsea on the market through Eastern Consolidated for $36 million. Azita Aghravi, Paul Nigido and Brian Ezratty of Eastern Consolidated are marketing the building.

The 6-story, 64-unit residential complex, situated at 364 W. 18th St., comprises 27 single-bedroom apartments, 6 double-bedroom apartments, and 31 studios. It also has 8 mom-and-pop stores.
