NEW YORK CITY-Partners Group USA, a Zug, Switzerland-based private equity firm, is moving its New York office situated at 450 Lexington Ave. to the Grace Building. The firm has leased 31,000 square feet in the Class-A building located at 1114 Sixth Ave. for 10 years from Brookfield Properties.
