NEW YORK CITY-Partners Group USA, a Zug, Switzerland-basedprivate equity firm, is moving its New York office situated at 450Lexington Ave. to the Grace Building. The firm has leased 31,000square feet in the Class-A building located at 1114 Sixth Ave. for10 years from Brookfield Properties.
