NEW YORK CITY-SL Green has signed nearly 142,000 square feet of lease deals in one month. The U.N. Development Programme has leased 42,931 square feet at 220 East 42nd Street.
Colliers International represented the tenant, and the landlord had in-house representation. Godiva Chocolatier and the M.T.A. have also leased 42,290 and 17,503 square feet, respectively, in the same building.
