DALLAS-The new owners of a development site situated in NorthDallas are not in a hurry to develop the site. A partnershipestablished by Kroenke Holdings purchased the 42-acre site locatedat the northwest corner of North Central Expressway and Walnut HillLane on November 12.
The site is zoned for a mixed-use development having apartments,retail, residential and commercial spaces. The firm has purchasedthe land as a long-term investment and has planned to develop it inthe coming year. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
