NEW YORK CITY-FX Concepts has signed a 23,000-square-foot lease for the full 30th floor of the tower located at 225 W. 34th Street in 3 Park Avenue for 13 years. In the deal, Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while the owner Cohen Brothers Realty was represented by an internal team.
In the same tower, P/Kaufmann has extended and expanded its lease from 27,400 square feet to 50,400 square feet for 12 years. Savitt Partners represented the tenant in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post.
