BOSTON-A joint venture of the California state pension fund andWinnCompanies, the developers of the stalled Columbus Centerdevelopment situated in Boston, has attained a legal agreement withstate transportation officials.


The developers have agreed to pay nearly $5.5 million and otherbenefits to clean the fallow work site on the MassachusettsTurnpike. They were asked to fund landscaping, road work and otherworks on four sites where they had started the project, whichstalled in April 2008 due to funding problem.
