NEW YORK CITY-Matt Astrachan and Mitchell Konsker of Cushman & Wakefield are negotiating for Oppenheimer Funds for a portion of a tower, which was the former headquarters of Goldman Sachs. The tower is located at 85 Broad Street.
Oppenheimer is looking for 300,000 square feet of space for its office operations. Peter Riguardi of Jones Lang LaSalle is handling the leasing of the tower. The asking rent for the tower is $50 per square foot. For the full story, go to New York Post.
