PHILADELPHIA-Average units at this Reef tower in the WaterfrontSquare development sold for $329,000, lower than the originalasking price of $470,000 before the recession, according toPhilly.com's Joseph N. DiStefano. But Israeli developer DaronGelfand was happy with selling 29 of 35 units.
