NEPTUNE BEACH, FL-Surfside Dental Center, a general dentistry office, has leased a retail space in Neptune Beach from Regency Centers. The general dentistry office has leased 2,800 square feet of retail space at Seminole Shoppes.
With the new lease agreement, the shopping center is 100% leased. Surfside Dental Center is planning to open the retail space in March 2011 for business. Bart Hinson of Colliers Dickinson negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
