HOUSTON-Ashley Furniture has opened a store measuring 45,000 square feet at Baybrook Gateway situated West Bay Area Boulevard and Interstate 45 in Webster.

HOUSTON-Ashley Furniture has opened a store measuring 45,000 square feet at Baybrook Gateway situated West Bay Area Boulevard and Interstate 45 in Webster. It has leased the space from Centro Properties Group.

Clint Schroff of Austin-based Retail Endeavors Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant, while Centro Properties Group had Stephen Swope as in-house representative in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
