SAN DIEGO-Scott Brusseau, president of Newport National Corp., has completed construction of a new office building measuring 79,000 square feet in Carlsbad, although many observers think that there is an over supply of office space. According to CoStar Group, the company has completed the construction of Ventana Real II, one of the 16 office buildings in San Diego in 2010.
