SAN DIEGO-Scott Brusseau, president of Newport National Corp.,has completed construction of a new office building measuring79,000 square feet in Carlsbad, although many observers think thatthere is an over supply of office space. According to CoStar Group,the company has completed the construction of Ventana Real II, oneof the 16 office buildings in San Diego in 2010.
