DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Berardi Accounting has expanded its long-term lease agreement at The Plaza at Davie, a retail center measuring 275,000 square feet at I-595 and Hiatus Road in Davie. Konover South, LLC is the owner of the retail center.
Konover South had in-house representation in the lease deal. Many tenants including Walgreens, Winn-Dixie, Ruby Tuesday, Petland, McDonald's, a US Post Office, C2 Education, Everglades Gymnastics, Meg Segreto Dance Studio, Pizza Hut and Smiley Faces Academy occupy space in the center.
