INDIANAPOLIS-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated the sale of Scandiaapartments in Indianapolis. Irving, Texas-based Scandia Associateshas sold Scandia apartments, a 444-unit apartment complex atAllisonville Road and 96th Street, to St. Louis-based Thiemann RealEstate.
The owner listed the 53-acre property for sale in the spring. CBRichard Ellis, which brokered the sale of Grande Reserve at Geistat 11345 Arborview Dr. to Chicago-based Oak Residential Partners,handled the sale of Scandia apartments. For the full story,go to Indy Star.
