NEW YORK CITY-As the Second Avenue Subway is nearing thestation, another retailer is moving out from the corner of East72nd Street and Second Avenue. Falk Surgical Supplies has inked a12-year lease with St. Tropez Condominium for 3,000 square feet at64th Street and First Avenue.
The asking rent for the space was $150 per square foot. DobbsAssociates' Candice Dobbs represented the tenant, while Ripco RealEstate's Richard Skulnik and Andrew Mandell represented the ownerin the transaction.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
