CHARLOTTE, NC-Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II has bought the Sylva Medical Office Building, a 45,000-square-foot, three-story property in Sylva, North Carolina from CDP-Sylva LLC.

CHARLOTTE, NC-Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II has bought the Sylva Medical Office Building, a 45,000-square-foot, three-story property in Sylva, North Carolina from CDP-Sylva LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Sylva building, constructed in 2010, is situated at 98 Doctors Drive on Harris Regional Hospital's campus. Grubb & Ellis financed the purchase of the property by borrowing $11.4 million from Bank of America as well as by using some cash proceeds. Doug Connell of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller.
