CHARLOTTE, NC-Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II has boughtthe Sylva Medical Office Building, a 45,000-square-foot,three-story property in Sylva, North Carolina from CDP-Sylva LLC.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Sylva building, constructed in 2010, is situated at 98Doctors Drive on Harris Regional Hospital's campus. Grubb &Ellis financed the purchase of the property by borrowing $11.4million from Bank of America as well as by using some cashproceeds.
