
WASHINGTON, DC-JBC Opportunity Fund III of John Buck Co. has sold the 1501 M Street office building measuring 177,525 square feet in Washington, DC to institutional investors notified by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. The office building is currently 93% leased.
Bill Collins, Drew Flood, James Cassidy, Jud Ryan and Paul Collins from Cassidy Turley negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. The building received the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED certification in 2009.For the full story, go to Office & Commercial Real Estate Magazine.
