SAN DIEGO-Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. has signed a $9million, 65-month lease for the entire 93,161 square feet of classA office space in at the Point in Rancho Bernardo, a property inRancho Bernardo that is owned by institutional investors advised byPrudential Real Estate Investors. It is one of a number ofsignificant office deals in San Diego County to be signed recently,including deals that pushed occupancy to 100% at another officeproject.
