NEW YORK CITY-The 3 Park Avenue office tower is filling up quickly. P/Kaufmann has added 23,000 square feet to its existing 27,400 square feet in the building for 12 years.
The furniture and fabric firm will occupy the 34th and 35th floors of the building. Meanwhile, FX Concepts has inked a 13-year lease for 23,000 square feet.
