NEW YORK CITY-A credit market-focused dealer, Chapdelaine & Co. is doubling its space at 199 Water St. The dealer has renewed lease agreement with Jack Resnick & Sons, the owner of the building, for 35,000 square feet.
Chapdelaine & Co. has also added 35,000 square feet of office space in some other floor. Jones Lang La Salle negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant, while Jack Resnick & Sons had in-house representation in the lease deal.For the full story, go to New York Post.
