NEW YORK CITY-Dow Jones & Co. has renewed its lease agreement for 10 years with Douglas Durst for 115,000 square feet at 1155 Sixth Ave. Terms of the lease agreement were not revealed.
Post parent News Corp. owns Dow Jones, which has been at the 1155 Sixth Ave. tower since the mid-1990s. Timothy Dempsey, Christopher Mansfield, Lauren Crowley, Kenneth Rapp and Mary Ann Tighe of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, while Durst had in-house representation in the transaction.For the full story, go to New York Post.
