NEW YORK CITY-JAM Paper & Envelope has inked a 30-day lease deal for a pop-up shop at 1282 Third Ave. Along with a 7,600-square-foot retail space, the firm has also leased a storage basement measuring 2,000 square feet from landlord Mark Blau at the 1282 Third location, situated between East 73th and East 74rd streets.
