NEW YORK CITY-One of the largest commercial brokerage firms is shifting to a new location in midtown. Jones Lang LaSalle is moving from Mort Zuckerman's Citigroup Center, re-branded as 601 Lexington, to Vornado's 330 Madison Ave.

The brokerage firm has leased 82,000 square feet of office space in the base of the 330 Madison Avenue tower. Vornado has spent nearly $100 million to renovate the LEED-rated building.
