NEW YORK CITY-The Academy of Educational Development, a Washington DC-based nonprofit organization, has inked a lease deal for 15 years to occupy a 28,000-square-foot office space at 71 Fifth Ave. in Chelsea. The organization will move to the 11-story building from 100-104 Fifth Ave.
The nonprofit organization will relocate to the 7th and 8th floors of the building in December 2011. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Studley and Hogan Lovells, while Samco, the landlord, had in-house representation. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
