The firm's sales team will occupy the sixth floor of the 330,000-square-foot building owned by Cohen Brothers. Sioni & Partners presently occupies a 2,000-square-foot office space at 315 Fifth Avenue. In the transaction, Winoker Realty represented the tenant, while the landlord had in-house representation.
