NEW YORK CITY-Alabama-based Sterne Agee has signed a lease for 10 years for 45,000 square feet of office space at 277 Park Ave. situated between East 47th and East 48th streets. The asking rent was about $60 per square foot.
The firm will occupy the full 24th and 25th floors of the building owned by Stahl Real Estate. Sterne has subleased the place from J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented both the tenant and J.P. Morgan. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
