DALLAS-TerraPark Group has bought a downtown block situated near the Arts District. The Canadian parking lot investor has bought the vacant block situated across the street from Trammell Crow Center on Ross Avenue.
The investor purchased the 2.2-acre parcel located at Ross and Olive Street from Trinity Universal Insurance Co. Terms of the deal were not revealed. Mike Gosslee and Bob Edge of Cushman & Wakefield as well as John Bradley from Bradley & Bradley were involved in the deal. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
