CHICAGO-An office and retail complex, which was foreclosed last month in downtown Arlington Heights, may be put on the market for sale. LNR Partners Inc., a Miami Beach, Florida-based loan servicer, was hired in October to manage Arlington Town Square after the property was foreclosed.

The 137,300-square-foot property is located at Arlington Heights Road and Northwest Highway. The building complex, which includes a California Pizza Kitchen, an Ann Taylor Loft and a movie theater, is about 87% occupied. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
