CHICAGO-Denver-based Baceline Investments LLC has bought a bank-owned shopping center situated at Milwaukee Avenue and State Route 22 in north suburban Lincolnshire for $12 million. The firm has purchased the Village Green center, a retail and office complex measuring 121,000 square feet.
