CHICAGO-Denver-based Baceline Investments LLC has bought abank-owned shopping center situated at Milwaukee Avenue and StateRoute 22 in north suburban Lincolnshire for $12 million. The firmhas purchased the Village Green center, a retail and office complexmeasuring 121,000 square feet.
