NEW YORK CITY-Inscape, a Canadian contract furniture firm, has leased the entire sixth floor measuring 6,525 square feet of the building located at 414 W. 14th St. to relocate its office and showroom.

The asking rent for the Carlyle-owned tower was $75 per square foot. In the transaction, Stuart Siegel of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant, while Matt Bergey and Brad Gerla of CB Richard Ellis represented the owner. For the full story, go to New York Post.
