NEW YORK CITY-Inscape, a Canadian contract furniture firm, hasleased the entire sixth floor measuring 6,525 square feet of thebuilding located at 414 W. 14th St. to relocate its office andshowroom.

The asking rent for the Carlyle-owned tower was $75 per squarefoot. In the transaction, Stuart Siegel of Grubb & Ellisrepresented the tenant, while Matt Bergey and Brad Gerla of CBRichard Ellis represented the owner. For the full story, goto New York Post.
