NEW YORK CITY-Panera Bread is opening a new eatery in downtownBrooklyn. The bakery and cafe outfit has inked a lease for 15 yearswith Muss Development for 4,500 square feet, which includes 2,300square feet on the second floor and 2,200 square feet on the groundfloor, at 345 Adams St.

The 14-story building is situated a block away from FultonStreet and Borough Hall. Greenstone Realty and RIPCO Real Estaterepresented Muss Development and Panera, respectively, in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New YorkBusiness.
