ORLANDO-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated the sale of two apartment communities in Orlando MSA for an amount of $74,725,000. The two apartment communities, Highland Oaks and Patterson Court, were sold to different buyers in separate deals.
Patterson Court, constructed in 2008, includes 384 units comprising single-, double- and triple-bedroom floors. Highland Oaks, built in 1992, was 93% occupied at the time of closing.
