NEW YORK CITY-Temporary office spacing provider, We Work has leased 43,000 square feet at 349 Fifth Ave. in 34th Street for 15 years. The asking rent was $39 per square foot. The company already has an office in SoHo.
The owner of the building is Zar Property NY, who bought the tower from JPMorgan Chase in 2009. In the deal, the owner was represented by an in-house team consisting of David Zar and Dario Zar. For the full story, go to New York Post.
