DALLAS-Addison-based Behringer Harvard Multifamily REIT I Inc. has acquired a 272-unit apartment complex on the west of the Dallas North Tollway north of Addison Circle. The two-year-old Allegro rental community sits near its head office.
The purchase includes 1.2 acres of development site facing Dallas Parkway. Allegro, built in late 2008, has rental units averaging more than 1,100 square feet.
