SAVANNAH, GA-Dermody Properties/DP Partners has sold a 599,500-square-foot industrial facility in Logan, NJ, and a 689,400-square-foot industrial facility in Savannah, GA. JLA Home has bought the Savannah Class A industrial for an East Coast center.
The Logan industrial property was sold at a 7.4% cap rate. Colliers International and Townsend Commercial Real estate represented the buyer on the Savannah deal, while Jones Lang LaSalle represented the owner.
