DETROIT-Riverfront Holdings, Inc., a division of General Motors, has acquired a part of the Millender Center on Jefferson Avenue. The property faces the company's world HQ in the Renaissance Center.
Forest City Enterprises, Inc. and its partners have completed the sale for $14.4 million. The sale includes the 242-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel, a 30,000-square-foot retail space, a 9,800-square-foot office space and a 1,850-space parking lot.
