NEW YORK CITY-Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers is looking for the permission of a bankruptcy court to employ CB Richard Ellis Inc. for the disposition of eight Manhattan buildings. A hearing on this matter is set for December 16.

SVCMC has already signed a contract to sell six buildings to the Rudin family. The center is turning towards CBRE to formulate a comprehensive strategy for selling the disposition of the properties. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
