NEW YORK CITY-Colliers International has tapped Vince Tuminellifrom CB Richard Ellis to join its office in New York as anexecutive managing director. Tuminelli, who hastenant-representation experience, will be responsible for extendingthe corporate services and tenant representation divisions.
Tuminelli has completed over 6 million feet in transaction atCBRE. He has handled assignments including the lease-up for 11Madison Avenue and for Philips Electronics Mexico.
