NEW YORK CITY-Colliers International has tapped Vince Tuminelli from CB Richard Ellis to join its office in New York as an executive managing director. Tuminelli, who has tenant-representation experience, will be responsible for extending the corporate services and tenant representation divisions.
Tuminelli has completed over 6 million feet in transaction at CBRE. He has handled assignments including the lease-up for 11 Madison Avenue and for Philips Electronics Mexico.
