DALLAS-The Weitzman Group has negotiated a lease deal in Irving. An arts-and-crafts retailer, Googly Eyes & Craft Supplies has leased 5,206 square feet in Metroplex Plaza.
The shopping center is situated at 2215-2421 W. Airport Freeway in Irving. Guy Grivas and David Zoller from the Weitzman Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant with Magellan Commercial Realty, who represented the landlord in the transaction. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
