DALLAS-Transwestern, a commercial real estate firm, has negotiated an office lease in Dallas. Duffee & Eitzen LLP has leased an office space measuring 8,100 square feet at the Hampton Court office building.
The office building is located at 4311 Oak Lawn Ave. in Dallas. Natalie Snyder, Nora Hogan and Robert Deptula, the brokers from Transwestern, negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the tenant. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
